What to Expect Before, During and After Your Massage
- Be open and receptive to the healing benefits of massage.
- Try to avoid eating just before your massage.
- Arrive on time to mentally relax and prepare and fill out paperwork if necessary.
- If you have any health concerns, be sure to tell your therapist!
- Tell your therapist about any areas you would like more attention to or areas to avoid.
- Communication is essential for your best experience. Speak up during your massage if adjustments are needed! Your comfort is priority.
- Remember to breathe throughout the massage, this will help your body and mind relax.
- Be intentional about relaxing as much as possible, both your body and your mind. Let go of life's responsibilities and pressures while you are here.
- If you are not happy with the way the massage is going, or if you feel uncomfortable at any time, please speak up! It is your right to stop the massage at any time.
- Take a few moments to be calm after the massage, this will help the healing process continue.
Draping is Mandatory. Illicit or Sexual Conduct WILL NOT Be Tolerated, and Will Immediately Result in Termination of the Massage Session. You Will Be Responsible for Full Payment.

Post-Massage Advice:
- Drink lots of water; more than usual! Staying hydrated is very important especially after an hour on a heated table.
- Stretch between your massage sessions, at least 5 to 10 minutes daily, this helps maintain muscle relaxation and flexibility.
